Emma had seven hard-working weeks packed with competition at the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain – the opening event of the outdoor season.
The tour opened up with Emma and Diva placing 6th in the CSI2* 1.45m Grand Prix. During the tour, the two also had a 9th place finish in a CSI3* 1.50m and closed off with a strong conclusion in the CSI4* 1.50/1.55m Grand Prix where they ended 6th.
Brighton Bay ended 8th in one of the CSI3*1.45m competitions as his best result, as well as delivering no less than eight other clears during the tour. Kanonja was 6th and 9th in two 1.40m classes.
Nikias vd Bisschop jumped eight out of ten 5-year-old competitions clear during the tour, and also recorded a win, while Hind jumped no less than nine clear rounds in the 6-year-old classes. Lo Visto Van’t Hulgenrode also jumped several clears in the 7-year-old classes.
